1. Aquaculture: The Aquaculture program was first offered in 1976. It is a long traditional four-year program (and will be a four-and-a-half-year program from 2022). The curriculum has been continuously modified from 134 to 151 and then to 161 credits in 2015, 2019, and 2022, respectively. The newly modified curriculum with 161 credits will be applied from the academic year of 2022. The program aims to offer students specialized knowledge in aquaculture, focusing on seed production and farming of freshwater and brackish water aquaculture species; capability of doing research; and skills in farm management.

2. Advanced Program in Aquaculture (APA): The Advanced Program in Aquaculture was first offered in 2008 in collaboration with Auburn University (USA). This program is a four-and-a-half-year program and is instructed totally in English. The program curriculum was designed based on the curriculum of Auburn University but with significant modifications to adapt to conditions of aquaculture in the Mekong Delta, Vietnam. The curriculum has also been modified 3 times to increase practical exercises for the students. The newly modified curriculum program contains 162 credits including 140 credits of specialized courses and 22 credits of bridging English. The program aims to instruct students with specialized knowledge in seed production and farming of freshwater and brackish water aquaculture species; with the capability of doing research; skills in farm management and especially in the international working environment.

3. Aquatic Animal Pathology: The Aquatic Animal pathology program has been offered since 2004. It is a four-and-a-half-year program with a total of 161 credits which is newly modified and applied for the academic year of 2022. The program aims to provide students with principal knowledge in aquaculture; specialized knowledge in aquatic animal pathology; the capability of doing research, skills in disease diagnosis and treatment; and fish health management practices.

4. Fisheries Management (Aquatic resources management): This program has been offered since 2006. It is a four-and-a-half-year program with a total of 161 credits which is newly modified and applied for the academic year of 2022. The program is designed to train students with general knowledge in aquaculture and fishing; specialized knowledge in fisheries management and development; specialized knowledge in aquaculture business and management; capability of doing research; and skills in management practices.

5. Aquatic Products Processing: Aquatic products processing program has been offered since 2007. It is a four-and-a-half-year program with a total of 161 credits which is newly modified and applied for the academic year of 2022. The program offers students with major knowledge in food processing technology, food materials, food safety, and byproducts utilization; capability of doing research; skills in practices, and factory management.
